Steve Cizik

Steve Cizik is a native of Colorado, educated at CU boulder, and after a series of life-changing medical events he turned his energy and drive to Syracuse Law School. Upon returning to Denver, his career took off and eventually (somewhat unnaturally) veered into tax representation. He has since founded his own practice, The Complex Tax Law Firm, and been named head of the Harris Law Firm Tax and Estate, Life and Legacy Divisions.

              Steve has an emotional family connection to Second Chance Humane Society: his grandparents were instrumental in the developing of the Smitty’s Dog Den at the shelter! He looks forward to carrying on their legacy. He lives with his wife, three children, and Goldendoodle Jett, in Westminster, but they are also fortunate enough to have a home in Fraser and access to his grandparents’ home in Telluride where they often escape to go play in the mountains and state that they love.
