Second Chance Veterinary Services offers financial assistance to those in our community who are unable to afford basic vet care for their beloved pets. We offer a veterinary voucher program where, if approved, Second Chance will pay a portion of the fees charged at partner vet clinics and animal hospitals. The program allows the recipient to repay Second Chance via manageable monthly installments.

NOTE: There are limited funds available, and submission of this form does not guarantee that you will be approved. Second Chance Humane Society offers a limited number of veterinary cost vouchers, designed to help people in our communities pay for essential vet care. The voucher is then paid back to Second Chance in monthly installments.
